Fatal Funnel operates on a limited preorder release model.

All products are made-to-order through our production partner once preorder windows close.

Because of this, shipping and fulfilment times are longer than standard retail orders.

Estimated timeframes:
- Production: 2–7 business days after preorder closure
- Shipping within Australia: 3–10 business days
- International shipping: varies by location

Please note:
- timeframes are estimates only
- delays may occur during high-demand periods
- customers will receive tracking information once orders are dispatched

Fatal Funnel is not responsible for:
- incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- carrier delays once parcels are in transit
- customs delays or international import charges
